From the humble beginnings as the sole founder of Veteran Builders, a firm he initiated without investments or external support, he transformed it into a prominent company in Thrissur. His portfolio boasts a diverse range of projects, including commercial complexes, apartments,hospital,banks,nursing homes,hostel, auditorium and temple structures scattered across Kerala. He has also spearheaded numerous interior works, showcasing his versatility and immense knowledge in the construction field. Haridasan P served as the CEO of his own company, establishing a reputation for excellence and innovation. Later, he co-founded Deva Developers, further solidifying his standing as a leader in the industry. Beyond construction, Haridasan P is a multi-faceted individual who played a pivotal role as founder president in the establishment FORCE( Federation Of Registered Consultants and Engineers) . He also serves as the honorable Secretary of the TECS Cooperative Society, contributing to community development. His deep involvement as the secretary in the Vadakurumbakavu Temple in Thrissur showcases his dedication to community and culture, overseeing the construction of key temple structures, including the gopuram, auditorium, nadapura, and sreekovil. Haridasan P's commitment to society extends further through his involvement as one of the six members of NSS Prathinidhi Sabha representing Thrissur for Changanassery NSS for the past 15 years. He also holds the prestigious position of Kerala State Festival Coordination Committee's State Vice President, contributing significantly to the cultural vibrancy of Thrissur. As an active member of the Kerala State Elephant Owners Federation State Committee, he plays a vital role in this organization. His ability to make an effective impact on society is enhanced by his prominent positions in various committees and organizations.
